Bus Shelter Love - Crew App, Reports and Data Portal.

Always know how bus shelters are maintained by crews or contractors with a custom app(s), PDF Reports and continuous crew status and location in MapToTrack’s Data Portal. Three different app designs are available, depending on the work flow(s) that works best for the agency.

App Choices

  • A “Map App” that maps out all bus shelters. The Crew Leader presses on a GPS coordinate to open the data collection tools for the user to take “Before and After” entering notes with each photo

  • A Routed App showing shelters in a route the shelter/stop crew follows in order throughout the day. Note: Google Maps directions from stop to stop can be added at an additional cost

  • A Drop Down List App showing a listing of shelters to choose from

Custom PDF Reports

PDF Reports are customized to show the data collected in the app, including date and time stamp, photos taken within the app (photos can not be uploaded into the app to ensure everyone is working at their best) notes about each photo which can simply be “Before and After”, GPS location and map, plus optional employee signature and even a foreman approval signature if needed. Note: Additional data elements can be added such as repair type dropdowns, etc.

The Data Portal

The Data Portal gives managers and administrators an “At A Glance” plus “Drill Down” view of where crews have been working, plus access to all reports and the ability to edit reports if needed.

Unlimited Photos and Notes

There is no storage limit on photos, notes or records. Employees like to document their work and this system certainly allows it. Photo tools within the app enable employees to mark up their photos to highlight safety or repair issues, thereby providing valuable on site documentation that provides back up data for damage insurance or slip and fall or graffiti litigation issues.
