Transportation - Airports & Transit

MapToTrack apps, dashboards, fleet and device tracking provide a comprehensive and cost effective solution for managing the maintenance of public facilities for the traveling public. Agency managers view the work of employees and contractors throughout the day to monitor graffiti, trash, snow removal and general maintenance of airport restrooms, concourses, trains, bus shelters, stations, waiting areas & restrooms .

App data dynamically populates a MapToTrack Dashboard for operations center view to monitor maintenance teams throughout the day and night.

Shelters

Press on a stop shown by green dot. Maintenance App opens to record the work.

MapToTrack enables transportation facility managers, contractors, and employees to record the condition of transportation infrastructure dynamically throughout the workday, ensuring real-time contract compliance and public safety. Imagine having bus shelters mapped out on a device where an employee can select the bus shelter he/she is scheduled to service. The information is automatically filled in. The employee takes “Before and After” photos of his/her work, dictates a few notes, and moves on to the next shelter. Transit maintenance management knows immediately how work is progressing by viewing the reports as they are uploaded or by viewing a MapToTrack Live Workforce Activity Dashboard. Employees like to showcase their hard work and be recognized. Contractors have proof of contract compliance and can also bring issues to facility management's attention.

Trains & Airports

Airport and train station restrooms are fully documented for “Before” and “After” condition, ensuring shift change handoff and contractor handoff are illustrated for better contract compliance. Maintenance contractor workers use their train maintenance app to ensure that train interiors are maintained as needed during day and night schedules so that conditions are always pleasant. Drop down lists showing types of maintenance performed with Before and After photos help the technician effortlessly record his/her work through the shift. The next worker coming on shift knows exactly where the last shift left off.

Train Stations

MapToTrack provides maintenance crew team leads a quick method of logging maintenance work performed at train stations. Using rail lines and corresponding stops photos and notes are collected routinely to show the work performed at each site. MapToTrack “Before” & “After” photos and notes with location data is particularly helpful for defense in Slip & Fall litigation that arises during storms or other inclement weather events.

Park N Rides

Park N’ Rides can be integrated into any of the apps as described above to keep the documentation process smooth and simple for crews. Both the Transit Agency and contractors improve safety, contract compliance and avoid liability when performing important maintenance tasks such as trash and biohazard removal and snow removal

Security

Mobilize the officer’s shift and call forms - all in one app, showing duty hours, calls and resolution. Dashboard the data for an operations center view with visibility of officer activity. Add fleet tracking for live situational analysis and save significant expense by avoiding expensive CAD systems.

Officer timesheets, call logs and call type analytics come together in live activity dashboards connected to a Patrol Log App
