TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Trial
Certain demonstration apps may be made available for a complimentary one-week trial for customer use at no charge. The trial is governed by the MapToTrack License Agreement which must be executed prior to trial commencement. When the trial period has ended, the app and collected data will be removed from the system.
Purchase
Payment of MapToTrack (MTT) and Bus Shelter Love (BSL) mobile apps and dashboards invoices is due on receipt of the invoice reflecting the standard deployment or bespoke estimate of the customer use case. Publication/Customization of the app(s) and dashboard(s) commences after payment is completed. The work is completed as quickly as possible for customer implementation.
Unlimited Audio, Video & Photo Storage
All customers receive unlimited audio, video and photo storage at no additional charge.
Unlimited Apps
All customers have an unlimited number of custom apps designed and deployed in accordance with the estimate, invoice and payment policy.
Software Modification
MapToTrack (MTT) and Bus Shelter Love (BSL) app(s) and dashboard(s) can be modified at the customer’s request at any time. Modifications are analyzed for performance and the most cost-effective use by the customer. An estimate is prepared and submitted to the customer and is valid for 30 days upon date of estimate. Work commences on the modification upon receipt of payment. Modifications are completed as swiftly as possible.
Custom Branding in Apple, Google Play and Windows
Customers also have the option of branding their own apps for deployment in Apple App store, Google Play and Windows. Contact support@maptotrack.com for details. MapToTrack provides the design, store approval and hosting of the custom apps.
Refund
All sales are final. No refunds are issued due to the nature of the software, hosting and services.
Account Deactivation
An account requires a full calendar 30-day deactivation to clear all data from the systems that host and process data. A deactivation notice provided during the month such as June 15 will bill July 1st with all records and data eliminated and billing stopped on August 1st as an example.
